Estate Protopapas Cabernet Sauvignon
This premium dry red wine is produced from estate grown Cabernet Sauvugnon.  The wine exhibits fine aromas of seasonings (pepper, etc.), vanilla, and red fruits like cherry. It is balanced, delicate, smooth, rounded. This wine is aged for one year in French oak barrel.

This blend has an intense red-violet color.  Its aromas are reminiscent of ripe red fruits with intense notes of pepper.  Featuring soft, sweet tannins, this wine pairs well with red meats, pork (with sauces), roast beef, and soft cheeses.
